Spinal and extremity adjusting is a precise manual technique used on motion restricted joints to improve joint mobility, reduce tension, and support the bodies nervous system.

Restoring healthy motion to restricted joints with an adjustment to the spine and or extremities can help with discomfort, improve the overall function and communication in your nervous system while also supporting your bodies natural healing processes.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization

IASTM is a soft tissue treatment modality designed to identify and treat muscle restrictions, scar tissue, and areas of altered movement.   • Absolutely I do!

    Currently I am in network with BlueCross Blue Shield, Sanford Health, Avera, Health Partners, Medicare and Medica.

    I also offer self pay and the prices are as follows:

    Adult New Patient Appt: 30 Min - $100

    Adult Return Appt: 20 Min - $50

    Adult Yearly Re-Exam Appt: 30 Min - $80

    Child (0-12) New Patient Appt: 30 Min - $40

    Child (0-12) Return Patient Appt: 20 Min - $20

    Teen (13-18) New Patient Appt: 30 Min - $60

    Teen (13-18) Return Patient Appt: 20 Min - $40

  • Just yourself, your ID and insurance card! Plus your intake paperwork if you filled it out at home :)

  • If you’re more comfortable in your own clothes and we are doing soft tissue work, I would recommend loose fitting clothes or spandex and a tank top.

    I do also have gowns in office for patients to use if you don’t want to worry about specific clothing.

  • Unfortunately it is not covered by insurance and is a self pay treatment.

    Prices are as follows:

    20 Min - $40

    50 Min - $80

  • If I have the time for a return patient walk in appointment I will never say no!

    I however will ask that a new patient make an appointment so I can make sure I spend the proper time to hear them and understand what is going on.
